You need to select the type of oil in accordance with processing condition, such as material, processing shape and the processing method. However, We think that Some customers are disgruntled with the performance in products currently in use or can't find a product suitable for the request from the existing products since machinery and work environment depends on customer. So, we develop the optimal oil for the use conditions and requests of customers.

The rust has occured on the steel plate while has been stored until shipping after working it. I want you to think of something good measures.
- As a result of seeing the storage condition, It was the condition that rust was easy to generated by attached moisture to steel plates because it was a very humid on a rainy
day.
As a solution, there is a method of "applying a rust preventive oil" after metal working or "applying a metal working oil with improved rust preventive effect". We proposed the latter in consideration of the cost and effort. As a result of customer's trial, We had the customer accepte it because rust did not generate.

We are washing with water after barrel-polishing steel products by using a water-soluble grinding oil, and then we are washing with a hydrocarbon-based solvent. After that, Rust generated while we are storing them.
- It is necessary to remove moisture and dirt from the metal surface in order to prevent generating rust. There are cases when you can't completely remove moisture and dust that entered
into small cracks, leaks or scratches just by washing with solvent or wipe with a cloth.
So, rust no longer generated by using the rust preventive oil with the effect of removing moisture that entered into small cracks, leaks or scratches and the effect of short-term rust prevention.

Before painting, We are degreasing after a punching and bending process of high tensile strength steel. Paint did not adhere to products enough at painting process because metal working oil remained on some formed products. Are there any good methods for solving them? In addition, we want to decrease replacement frequency because the aqueous solution which dissolved the degreasing agent becomes dirty easily.
- The viscosity of the process oil which the customer was using was a high viscosity. In order to reduce the amount in which oil adhered to formed products after processing, we prepared the oil that is lower viscosity than the oil currently used. In addition, we selected base oil and some additive agents that are good property of degrease and looked for the optimal compounding ratio for the best workability. As a result of customer's trial, all the problems were solved.

Something adhesive blackish remains in the dies in drawing with ironing process of stainless and wiping them is troublesome. I want you to think of something good measures.
- As a result of sampling and investigating them, it was the cause that the oil changed to a substance like tar because the heat which occurred by processing generated the polymerization of oil. We prepared the oil that included higher heat-resistant base oil and additive agents than the oil currently used. As a result of customer's trial, it was solved.

We are using the chlorinated oil for the drawing process of SUS304. However, we want to change to non-chlorinated oil because we were required to manage and reduce environmentally harmful substance by our customer.
- The process may be difficult by the change to general non-chlorinated oil. In such a case, the improvement of load carrying capacity by an extreme pressure agent etc. is important. We selected the combination that was most effective for customer's process conditions and blended the oil. We had the customer accepte it because the it verified that there are not problems by the customer's trial.

Rumples tend to be made when drawing the aluminum of 1 mm of board thickness by a multistage process using quick-drying oil. However, Adjusting the metal working machine so that rumples may not be made occurred cracking.
- The quick-drying oil currently used may not have kept the lubricity by disappearance of oiliness during the multistage process.
Generating of cracking is suppressed by using the oil which strengthened the oil film and improved the lubricity. However, Some striped pattern (small wrinkles) may arise on flange part even if an oil film is too thick.
We prepared so that the strength and viscosity of an oil film might maintain best balance and solved this case.
- The quick-drying oil currently used may not have kept the lubricity by disappearance of oiliness during the multistage process.

We are forming the aluminum of 1 mm of board thickness with scudding process. However, the scratches or the dents occur easily.
- Since aluminum is a soft metal, the scratches may occur easily and the dents may remain on formed product by the group of metal powder, etc. The formed product was easy to adhere to
the dies and metal powder was easy to remain on the dies since the oil currently used is high viscosity and high adhesive .
These problems was able to solve by using the oil prepared so that adhesiveness was low, oil film strength was maintained moderately and metal powder might be dispersed easily.

We are using lithium grease for the bearing of the drying machine which preset temperature is 150 ℃. However, The motion of bearing worsens immediately. When we looked under of the bearing, the lubricating grease which flowed had accumulated.
Isn't there any optimal lubricating grease for such condition?- We considered that the preset temperature of a drying machine is close to the temperatures which lubricating grease changes to liquid. This problem solved by using the heat-resistant grease of our company that even the temperatures of 200 ℃ or more does not liquefy.
