Although we had coated rust prevent oil to our products, their surface was rusty during transport by ship to overseas.
What kind of rust preventive oil should I use.
- The cargo compartment of the ship is high humidity, and are more likely to also affected by salt damage. Under such environment, there is a possibility that can be solved by coating the rust preventive oil or resin with high salt-tolerance.

Generally, what kind of metal working oil is marketed?
- When roughly classified, there are water-insoluble types based the mineral oil or synthetic oil and water-soluble types dissolved mineral oil or synthetic oil in water with some surfactants. Water-soluble types hardly have a concern of flash, but It will cost to the waste treatment after use.
  In addition, there is a variety of types to suit the metal working process, for difficult-to-work metal (SUS), Alminum, fast dry (It is possible to omit the degreasing process after working), pre-coating (by wax or resin), etc.
We are using oil lowered the viscosity by diluting high viscous oil (about 40cSt(40℃)) with hydraulic oil by ourselves. However, since we are diluting by eye measure, the working performance is not constant.
Can you prepare the oil of viscosity which we hope?
- We can prepare beforehand the oil of the viscosity which you wish, and provide it depending on the quantity which you use.
  Moreover, when the oil of the viscosity which you wish in the product of the other company is not found, we will propose the oil suitable.
Can we use water-soluble metal working oil after diluting it with water?
- Please use water-soluble metal working oil after diluting it with water beforehand.
  The dilution ratio should determine the optimal it by trying under your processing conditions.
We would like to store the metal working oil which opened the container once. Do we need to store it by a special method?
- Please seal tightly with a lid in order to prevent dust and moisture entering into a storage container. Furthermore, storage in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.

Heat-resistant grease "SUPER LUBE"

What is the difference between "Super Lube" and other grease.
- Super Lube is excellent in heat resistance. "SUPERLUBE" continues to keep the excellent lubricating performance because it will not cause a dripping by melting easily at the high temperature. However, among the general greases, there are what flows out from lubricating points by becoming a liquid state at high temperature.
Please teach us the appropriate storage method of grease.
- Please seal tightly with a lid in order to prevent dust and moisture entering into a storage container. Furthermore, storage in a cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
Please tell us if there is something that we must confirm when using grease.
- If you are using a 400g bellows cartridge, there may be cases that do not fit the connection part (screw thread) depending on the type and manufacturer of the grease gun. In such a case, there is no problem if you can use a grease gun that we recommended. If you need that, please contact us.

What is the GHS label?
- Many chemical substances are used under various statutes around the world. However, neither the information about the danger and the hazardous property of a chemical substance nor its method of communication is unified. Therefore, a classification and labeling of them will differ by a country or areas even if it is the same chemical substance.
  Then, the guideline which standardizes and unifies internationally the method of classifying and labeling the dangerous hazardous property of a chemical substance was needed, and "Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS)" was adopted in the United Nations in July, 2003.
Do your products contain the substances regulated by REACH or RoHS?
- Our products do not contain them.
  We will issue a non-use guarantee for those substances in response to a request from the customer. Please contact us when you need it.
Please tell us that we should be careful about the storage of hazardous materials.
- You must keep away the fire or spark When using or storing such products. Besides, you are required to wear protective equipment such as masks and gloves depending on the hazard.
  Please use them in compliance with the statute of your country.
